It really looks like Staurochilus ionosmus rather than S. lunchuensis.

Vanda lamellata var boxallii
Because of erratic weather,
there are only 12 spikes this year. Last year there were more than 20.
Still it is a sight to behold the classic boxallii variant. Very
fragrant.

This plant surprised me with eight spikes. The floral characteristics are in between the remediosae and boxallii variants. Very fragrant.
